Best Stethoscope besides Littman, HELP?

Littman? the best brand in the market. Perhaps not know not to use it.
As an RT I continually use a stethoscope. I think the best is to hear from you. Time cost $ 100 or $ 12 until you can hear what you hear. When you go buy it for a test over and listen, you can hear the noises around you? Then utilizzilo on people in the store (employees other clients, just ask the majority do not care if you hear them.) Then decide. That's how I decide what I'm going to buy.
Surgeon is also good.
