I haven 't had good luck with the color-coordinated sets cheap that you can find for about $ 20 in most diin EMS or medical catalogs. The stethoscope tends to fall apart in heavy use, and so far, those are the only blood pressure cuffs that have broken on me. Selo deal, my use about 20 times a day, every third day, so get used quite a bit. When it comes up with a doctor, I 'the VE has noticed that the price is generally a direct reflection of how it works. My stethoscope Littman of $ 40 is nice, but it doesn 't compare to my $ 200 the Littman stethoscope. The $ 10 'to the extent that I got for free during the training of EMT is practically worthless.
