Littman Stethoscope

   Ten years ago I bought a Littman. I tried others but the sound is much better through it. But, be sure to change the telephone receiver for a soft. Do not ever use alcohol to clean any part. Trattila good and still feel good during ten years. Still seem to be the same price they were years ago. I guess the quality isn 't cheap.

But my experience? was that once you enter the range? of? the stethoscope? of? of? of? the good, the stethoscope itself makes little difference that you can hear the murmurs? it 'of? of?, and then it s all just exercises in & experience. As a cardiologist, were used in a matrix cardiologia, & a classic II for the matrix met? of prices? of? of? that pi? inexpensive? just as good to my ears, but a little more? better for most murmurs.
