Does anyone have any info about a good stethoscope?

You can hear more? better with one over the other? The eartips of soft-sealing really make a difference? ? the one piece shaft design diaphragm / bell? Any advice greatly? appreciated!

both work very well, i can 't say much of a difference in performance between them, edge usually go wrong with the classic littmann, really is going to boil down to personal preference and comfort for you
Personally I don 't Gradica only one piece. I don 't think you can really tell a difference. The ear tips of a soft-sealing are doing well. Going with all Littmann and you should be satisfied, is the best. I bought my first in 1995 and I had until last year when it finally fell apart.
