   Littmann makes products of high quality auscultation. Currently with the owner of the Littmann Cardiology. I 'the VE has had at least 3 of the "Classic" and "II" Classic, line over the years. Very cost efficient. Good sound quality. Durable. It is arguably the brand of respected stethescope in health (human). That said, I have never used one for a Chihuahua auscultation 'mitral regurgitation of s. I have no idea if Littmann has the same reputation and usefullness of veterinary medicine. Is there Y! A Vetmedica?

   Littmann? great! I don 't know anything about Ren-Lor, but looks like you pay for the design, not function.

   I can only say that it works very well in children. Probably would work well when examined in a Maltese. With its relatively small head, it might take a half day and listen to a St. Bernard.
