The truth is that relatively little difference. * g * I have two, a one base and one that was a little more expensive - which I 'm carrying tends to have more to do with rotation that I 'm. on that quality. The more expensive ones that are usually referred to as "cardiology" models can help a bit if you 're really try to learn to differentiate heart murmurs - they' re supposed to be more sensitive. They 'referring to those who have two sides - the smallest is supposed to be used for more high-frequency sounds, the more it may be useful for smaller patients or paediatrics. To heart the basic sounds of the bowels and lung, all the respectable stethoscope will do fine. Good luck, by the way!
Should be in disagreement with a tad above. Littmanns has good flow, so really don 't circle exactly as above. I lle cardiology II and it 's great, especially with a problem of hearing in my left ear. The best flow rates (usually translated more expensive) will sound amplification better job that sets cheap and that is important in the sounds of heart and lung. Dimostrilo her borrowing inexpensive and pleasant, and note the difference. Say that the money for good scope are good - spent. My wife gave me my first Littman and has lasted almost 10 years.
I 'm. with Marie. I 'VE the practicing doctor probably since before you're born and I use a type of Sprague-Rappaport that runs about $ 15 - $ 20. It 's good at least, at least for me, as cardiology II or any of those really expensive I' the VE has felt better and that most, particularly for the hard - hearing sounds known as S3 's. The most important part of the stethoscope is the brain of the telephone receivers and since acquired the experience, your skills will improve auscultation. It 's nice to have something biauricolare heavy and pipes help, but none of them is a huge advancement over a rolled-up magazine if you' re doing your part.
