Littman Stethoscope

I need the stethescope for my work but I would like to durarlo through control of the school as well. I 'm comfortable spending around $ 180 for it. Suggestions?

I am a very curious student to professional nurse in my first semester taking pre-reqs. So they are not in the profession of nursing YET. But I bought a stethoscope and a cuff double heads of BP and I have tried to learn how to use them. The stethoscope is not working at all, within the relevant parties do not kno how one makes the right direction. when I try to listen to the beat of the heart, NO. I have no idea how to use BP cuff at all. I want to be ahead and learn how to do these basic tasks of a professional nurse. directions gradual greatly appreciated thank u
