Any Doctors out there? Whats a good brand of stethoscope?

So what is a good brand of stethoscope that could get? also … there is something special it should be … I mean I've seen up Littmann, but there are still all different genres … as the price range from $ 30 to $ 150 …. What makes the difference? What should I try? I don 't really mind paying it a lot until I'm getting good.
