not really possible to know if your heart rate or children with a stethoscope. you really need the car to the beats of the heart of the child to the hearing by a deposit of motherhood.
you need something to Doppler
Beginning at about 20 weeks, the heartbeat can be heard without Doppler amplification. A special stethoscope called a fetoscope can be used, or the side (concave) of the bell of a normal stethoscope can be pressed firmly on your abdomen. The heartbeat is best heard over the baby 's back, which often seems to constantly think about when sull'utero. If you are overweight or if the placenta is on the front wall uteri, may be difficult to hear the fetal heart by stethoscope. It gets easier later in the pregnancy. Find a quite place, sit still and listen away and good luck!
