   put the cuff on a bicep. steth on the elbow with the forearm and over. Pump ~ 180. Slowly let the air out. when first heard the beat of the heart to remember that number. continu Aare then let it out slowly. when you can not pi? hear the heartbeat, remember that number. and those are your systolic pressure / diastolic.
