i am 22 weeks, and have been sick for over a week now. the doc didn’t even put a stethescope to my chest?

Go to another doctor, telling them that your business, get a prescription for an antibiotic pregnancy-safe. I had a cold when I came into work and was taking the direction of counter cold medicine and Tylenol, I was just dehydrated from that, so if you assure him drink plenty of liquids so that doesn 't happen to you.
Get the ER. Dr. should at least listen to your breathing and heart. I wish him the best of luck!
