   If you want your imagination go with the brand of Littman. I know many nurses who use them and have no problems with them.    If you're only using the stethoscope to monitor BP, you can buy a very cheap stethoscope. It is very easy to feel a boost when BP monitors, so most of the stethoscope enough. In my opinion, the best are made from stethoscopes Littmann. Here is a Web site where you can find a cheap but very good, Littmann for around $ 38.00. This stethoscope also serve well when you use them to assess the heart sounds and the food, as well as the bowels sounds. Good luck with your career. Alison
