Is Stacker 3 supposed to make me feel like this?

I took about three stackers lle hours and a half ago and I feel like I 'm going to die. I have a stethescope and I checked the my heart and it 's going like crazy, I read on the box that three are safe, but I' m. not sure if the direction I 'the sensitivity? m ? normal.
