   Not at 20 weeks … When the baby is bigger and if you back is against your belly, you can get it with a stethoscope ….

   You are trying to hear with a stethoscope home? I 'the VE has only heard about the nurse using the machine and of Doppler ultrasound to feel the pulse? Not sure, but it doesn 't necessarily mean that something is wrong if the baby is moving as often, and your doctor hears a heart beat during each call. Good luck!
